Business Press encompasses over 40 communications consultants
that operate within flexible teams made up of the best resources in each client industry field. Keeping the
client at the heart of the process is always the number one priority while ensuring that activities are carried
out in a timely and proactive manner. In addition to BP’s consultants, the agency’s Managing Partners are also
at hand to provide strategic consulting and overall added value supervision.
The work model developed by Business Press maximises a combination of individual and
team capabilities through a 3-level structure:
Partners: assist the team in providing strategic consulting and monitoring activities related to the programmes developed for clients.
Consultants: act as Account Directors and Account Managers focusing on clients, the coordination of complex projects, budget management, results evaluation and team development
Professionals: act as Account Executives and Junior Account Executives, implementing activities on a day-to-day basis concentrating on quality and consulting and being autonomous and accountable for results achieved.
Two further staff structures operating within the agency’s General Management team collaborate with the consulting and service teams to provide strategic support:
- Market Development: promotes and coordinates the process of new business development, acts as a link between account teams and clients, and manages the agency’s own public relations and marketing communications.
- People Management and Training:
responsible for the agency’s recruitment and hiring processes, as well as ongoing training and career development of all agency employees.
